Comparing Multiple Sheets

Good Afternoon,

I have a workbook with 2 sheets containing data. I need to compare the 2 sheets and extract exact matches.

The 1st sheet is called Chris HQ and the data resides in column G3:G397 and the second (which is where I need to report the matches) is Chris Out column A2:A234.

Please can anyone help or I will be forced to check each one via Autofilter!
