Comparing multiple text lists using pivot table

Hi there friends
I'll try and keep this short and concise for clarity
  • Problem = I have four lists of names - these names are from the same team with some members missing/some added, the four lists represent a system each, for example: Outlook distribution list, Team space etc. My goal is to use a pivot table to compare the four lists to create an overview kind of thing, to check that at a glance members of the team are not missing/added to a system they don't need to be in case they have left. For some reason when I have already attempted this on the pivot table its not quite coming through correctly. For the core data used on the pivot table I have two columns. Column A is a list of names, Column B is the particular system. Can anyone help with a solution? I would be so grateful
