Comparing Times

Hi,

I've spent a lot of time trying to work out how to compare two shift times.

For example

Employee A works Monday - Friday 0800-1600
Employee B works Monday - Thursday 1000-1800 and Saturday 0800-1600

What is the best way to do this?

Employee 1 v Rest of Team for a % of how long they are together?
