hello! I'm trying to fulfill a requirement to identify differences between two columns of data in excel 2007. I have column A that has 2622 data cells, Column B that has 2626 data cells. There are 4 unique ones but i can't sort through that many to identify them, does anyone know how to compare these? I also have them in separate excel sheets too...thanks!

Can a formula spear through sheets?
Use =SUM(January:December!E7) to sum E7 on all of the sheets from January through December
Try this:-
The code will place resulting Values in Column "C" and Addresses in Column "D".

Code:
[COLOR="Navy"]Sub[/COLOR] MG23Mar50
[COLOR="Navy"]Dim[/COLOR] Rng [COLOR="Navy"]As[/COLOR] Range, Dn [COLOR="Navy"]As[/COLOR] Range
[COLOR="Navy"]Dim[/COLOR] n [COLOR="Navy"]As[/COLOR] [COLOR="Navy"]Long[/COLOR]
[COLOR="Navy"]Dim[/COLOR] c [COLOR="Navy"]As[/COLOR] [COLOR="Navy"]Long[/COLOR]
[COLOR="Navy"]Set[/COLOR] Rng = Range("A1:B3000")
[COLOR="Navy"]With[/COLOR] CreateObject("scripting.dictionary")
    .CompareMode = vbTextCompare
        [COLOR="Navy"]For[/COLOR] [COLOR="Navy"]Each[/COLOR] Dn [COLOR="Navy"]In[/COLOR] Rng
            [COLOR="Navy"]If[/COLOR] Dn <> "" [COLOR="Navy"]Then[/COLOR]
                [COLOR="Navy"]If[/COLOR] Not .Exists(Dn.value) [COLOR="Navy"]Then[/COLOR]
                    n = n + 1
                    .Add Dn.value, Dn.Address
                [COLOR="Navy"]Else[/COLOR]
                    c = c + 1
                    .Remove Dn.value
                [COLOR="Navy"]End[/COLOR] If
            [COLOR="Navy"]End[/COLOR] If
        [COLOR="Navy"]Next[/COLOR]
Range("C1").Resize(n - c, 2) = Application.Transpose(Array(.keys, .Items))
[COLOR="Navy"]End[/COLOR] [COLOR="Navy"]With[/COLOR]
[COLOR="Navy"]End[/COLOR] [COLOR="Navy"]Sub[/COLOR]
