Comparing two excel sheets with different layouts

Hi everybody,

I have a question regarding a task which I do at work and which involves excel.

Since the real sheets contain sensitive information I've made two very simple example sheets which i attached below, blue is sheet1 & yellow is sheet2.
I hope this is enough to understand what I need.

Basically what I want to do is compare the arrival and price of each product in both sheets and show if there are any differences. Doing it manually takes me about 1 hour since the sheets are quite large and sometimes more than two sheets need to be checked.

Is there some program, macro, vba which is able to automatically complete this task?

As you can see on sheet2 each product is listed multiple times, so it would have to check each one.

Excel Facts

Bring active cell back into view
Start at A1 and select to A9999 while writing a formula, you can't see A1 anymore. Press Ctrl+Backspace to bring active cell into view.
