Compiling a list based on value

I am looking to pull a list of names (can be the entire row or only the first 4 cells) based on answering yes in column Q.

I need it to do this on all of the worksheets (they have individual names of people on my team) and compile them all onto a final sheet can be labeled Transcript.
I’ve tried a few formulas and can’t get any to work the way I need it. Does anybody have ideas or can help?

You can embed VSTACK to create the range in the FILTER function
