Hi,

I usually have a formula to extract text but it's given that all the text have the same amount of rows. I have a file that's 3K rows and they're uneven rows. For example I have the following, each line is 1 row.

ID: 123456
Company: Example
Campaign: Sample 1234
Campaign ID: 123568
Site: Yahoo.com
Placement Name: Sample_placement
Line Item Name: Boots123
Placement Format Type: Rectangle
Size: 300x600
Booked Units: Unlimited
Placement Dates:
1/1/2017 12:00:00 AM - 1/31/2017 11:59:00 PM
******** src="https://123123.com/asdlkhasdkjhasdkjhaslkjh>*********>
<noscript>
<a href="https://123123.com/asdlkhasdkjhasdkjhaslkjh></a>
</noscript>
====================================================

<colgroup><col width="64" style="width:48pt"> </colgroup><tbody>
</tbody>
Some ranges will have an extra or 2 rows in between
1/1/2017 12:00:00 AM - 1/31/2017 11:59:00 PM
********>
car asdsdasda
******** src="https://123123.com/asdlkhasdkjhasdkjhaslkjh>*********>

I need to extract the Placement Name after the : and the range of cells after the date and time and before the ====== in 2 columns. All the ranges follow this logic.

So essentially it will look like:
Sample_placement

Sample_placement******** src="https://123123.com/asdlkhasdkjhasdkjhaslkjh>*********><noscript><a href="https://123123.com/asdlkhasdkjhasdkjhaslkjh></a></noscript>

Any help is appreciated!

currybai,

Thanks for the new workbook.

I will need another workbook, with Sheet1 containing more then one group of raw data information.

And, on another worksheet, the results, manually formatted by you, for the results you are looking for.
