I usually have a formula to extract text but it's given that all the text have the same amount of rows. I have a file that's 3K rows and they're uneven rows. For example I have the following, each line is 1 row.
<colgroup><col width="64" style="width:48pt"> </colgroup><tbody>
</tbody>Some ranges will have an extra or 2 rows in between
<tbody>
</tbody>
