Hi All
Hope some can help with this problem.
I have the following formula in a spreadsheet:
=IF(ISERROR(IF(A4="","",VLOOKUP(A4,Structure!\$A\$2:\$C\$146,3,FALSE)))=TRUE,"",IF(A4="","",VLOOKUP(A4,Structure!\$A\$2:\$C\$146,3,FALSE)))

the formula works fine.
Now i have created a formula that manipulates data on a spreadsheet, but what i need is how to make a macro enter this formula into a cell.
If i can help it i would rather not have the formula on the spreadsheet and use it a 'Named Formula' are there any other ways?

Regards

### Excel Facts

Why does 9 mean SUM in SUBTOTAL?
It is because Sum is the 9th alphabetically in Average, Count, CountA, Max, Min, Product, StDev.S, StDev.P, Sum, VAR.S, VAR.P.
You could either say in VBA:
Code:
``[A1].formula = "your formula including the equal sign"``
or, you could use
Code:
``Application.worksheetfunction and see if you can use that.....``

Failing that, you may want to look into 'Evaluate' as I believe that can do a similar thing to what you're after.
