Complex lookup and list of data

Hi There

I have the following table of data... which has many rows with variables such as month, type, sales person names, etc.

I am attempting to create a summary page where I may pull in Month, Sales person and type of sales and then LIST all there sales. I have successfull done this adding their sales together and providing a summary for each month/type using sumifs, but not sure how to do it and LIST the actual breakdown per month looked-up.

See below for raw date, criteria and sample result.

Note: I need to look at the Split1Name and Split2Name columns and then return the relevant revenue amount for the consultant.

Excel Facts

just to complicate things... a pivot table will not work as my data is not in a straight list!
