Complex numbers in Excel help

I am tryng to get the result of the following in Excel without having much success. I am sure that I am doing something wrong with entry and would appreciate any help.

=IMSUM((6.35*(cos 0 + i sin 0)) + (6.35*(cos 0 + i sin 0)))

Maybe try something like this...
