Hello everyone,

I'm very new in using macro's but i need them now very much.
can anyone tell me how to write the following macro?

step 1: the macro has to start when cell B49, B51, B52 OR B53 changes
step 2: make a selection of cells B58:D69
step 3: delete cells that have a formula-output of zero
step 4: the macro has to be undone when one of the cells in step 1 is changed again.

Is this possible??
Very much thanks!!!!!

Excel Facts

Return population for a City
If you have a list of cities in A2:A100, use Data, Geography. Then =A2.Population and copy down.
Hi Tijn,

Step 3: - Which cells are being checked for being equal to 0? Also deleting them will mean that the formula will be deleted also.

Can you provide a little more information please.

the cells in the selection B58:D69 that have output 0 have to be deleted and so forth the formulas as well. But when one of the cells B49, B51, B52 OR B53 is changed using a drop-down list, the macro has to undo the deletion of the zero's (and the formulas as well).

By changing one of the cells in step 1, the output of the formulas will be different and so the deletion of cells in step 3 will be different.

I hope you understand this enough, my english isn't perfect
