Compress an excel file into PDF

My file is more then 10MB I can not email it. How can I compress it to PDF.
It has images.

Have you tried zipping it up (no PDF required)?

To make a pdf, you need PDF Writter (not the free version).

To do it, File - Print then choose PDF Writter as your printer.

There are several "free" pdf creation tools available. I've had good luck with software from pdf995.com . It will display an internet "pop-up" window everytime you create a pdf until you buy a registration key. Good way to test to see if a pdf will help solve your problem.
