Compress Files

Guys,

Is it possible to compress the excel files? I have 5.12 MB excel file, the problem is, if I am working on it takes times in responding.

One file is composed of 45 Sheets, and the contents are all Graph & Charts. Is there any way to compress the file or to speed up the work?

I am using Excel 2003 & 2007. Please help.

Hi,
File compression per se is a way of storing files with less space, but won't affect performance while in use.
