concatenate 2 cells with Date in between in Bold letters with VBA

i have to concatenate 2 cells in 2 different rows with today's date in between,I have tried to find out all possible ways but no luck as of now.

if anyone can help would be highly appreciated.

I think it would be beneficial for us to see what your data looks like, and show us what you want your expected result to look like.
