I'm trying to create a title page with a date range dependant on two cell values.

Cell A1 = 01/01/2008
Cell A2 = 01/01/2008

Eg. Sales Report for 1st January 2007 to 1st January 2008.

I've tried:-

Concatenate("Sales Report for ",A1," to",A2,".")

However when using concatenate the dates is in sequential code rather than date format. How do I overcome this?

Save Often
If you start asking yourself if now is a good time to save your Excel workbook, the answer is Yes
Try

="Sales Report for "&TEXT(A1,"d mmmm yyyy")&" to "&TEXT(A2,"d mmmm yyyy")
