CONCATENATE enquiry

Afternoon All,

Is there a way i can create a reference from the following

A1 - Name - Gavin Mazza
A2 - Ref No - Automatically created in A2
A3 - Date

I need it to start with FIT and follow the following format.

FIT_REFNO_MM/YY_GM

This should then be populated in A4 if possible
