Concatenate mid-way through cell?

I was wondering if I could concatenate or somehow enter the text from one cell midway through typing into another.

I have to create product descriptions in cell AA, and the title of the item is in cell E.

In cell AA I want to be able to begin a sentence such as..

"The ____ sofa is a wonderful value because it.... With the ______ sofa, you will always be comfortable"

The blanks I would like to be filled with the text in cell E.

Any solutions to do this on the fly? I'd rather not have to create extra columns and concatenate later, but will if I have to.

Try

="The " & E1 & " sofa is a wonderful value because it.... With the " & E1 & "sofa, you will always be comfortable"

If your blank underscores are of the same length.
=SUBSTITUTE(A1,"____",E1)
