Concatenate Text and Scientific Notation number

I have two columns. One is a text field that is either < or >

The other is a number that is in Scientific Notation for example 5.52E-4

I need to join the two fields together so that it will come out as <5.52E-4.

If I do the normal Concatenate( A1, B2) I get <0.000552

I can't find a way to convert the number to text but keep the notation that I need.

Any ideas

Try it this way instead...

=A1&TEXT(B2,"0.00E+00")
