i tried to lock my sheet while still allowing the user to enter rows
so i expanded my table to add another 1000 rows

all the formulas allowed an ifna and returned a blank cell instead
the concatenated formula =(CONCATENATE(TEXT(C3,"mm/dd/yyyy"),B3,E3,F3,K3)) returns 1/00/1900
the column with the date returns an isblank as true

Waterfall charts in Excel?
Office 365 customers have access to Waterfall charts since late 2016. They were added to Excel 2019.
Try

=(CONCATENATE(TEXT(C3,"mm/dd/yyyy;;"),B3,E3,F3,K3))
