concerning mailings list

I have a mailing list in excel, with each component of the delivery address in its own column. For example, name, address, address2, address3, city, state, and zip.

The problem is, in the address column, the client, has put company names in the address column along actual addresses. I need to pull the company names out of that column. I have been trying to use pre-existing funtions but they don't give me what I need. I figure that I will need to use a logical function, however I cannot think of a statement that work. Because, even though the addresses start with numbers, excel considers them text.

If anyone can help me I would appreciate it very much!
