Would like to make a selection then condense the data.

Information on the sheets shown in image below is input from
other sheets in the workbook.

Not sure if this makes a difference but the first column of the selections
have conditional formating to where nothing shows until greater than zero
is filled in.

Though the image below has a space between the subject and first iten in list,
that is not needed.

Excel Facts

Select all contiguous cells
Pressing Ctrl+* (asterisk) will select the "current region" - all contiguous cells in all directions.
It would be easier to help if you could use the XL2BB add-in (icon in the menu) to attach a screenshot (not a picture) of your sheet. Alternately, you could upload a copy of your file to a free site such as www.box.com or www.dropbox.com. Once you do that, mark it for 'Sharing' and you will be given a link to the file that you can post here. Explain in detail what you want to do referring to specific cells, rows, columns and sheets using a few examples from your data (de-sensitized if necessary).

The data on all sheets are in random locations.

That is why I was hoping to make a selection of data first,
then run the macro to condense the data.

I'll include the image again to show the output after macro.
Rafter data shown in image ... would scroll down to sheet 4.

File called MrExcel_TestFile

It is hard to work with a picture. Please refer to Post #4 to post a screen shot (not a picture) or to upload a file.

Where would you want to place the desired output, somewhere else on the sheet, on another sheet?
