I am trying to Highlight Column B if the value is higher or lower than Column C. Higher=Green and Lower=Red.

I have rows 2 through 63 with values.

Thank you.

- Select the cells you want to format. (B2:B63)
- On the Home tab, in the Styles group, click Conditional formatting > New Rule
- In the New Formatting Rule window, select Use a formula to determine which cells to format.
- Enter the formula in the corresponding box.
=MIN($C$2:$C$63)=C2
- Click the Format… button to choose your custom format.

Repeat the steps and put this formula
=MAX($C$2:$C$63)=C2

This did not work. Maybe I did not make myself clear. If cell B2 is higher than C2 I want to highlight GREEN. If cell B2 is lower than C2, I want to highlight in RED.

Formula for green color:
=$B2>$C2

Formula for red color:
=$B2<$C2

Applies to:
=$B$2:$B$63
