Condional Formatting for Minimun but Greater than zero

Hallo to the board.

I am trying to do some conditional formatting.

I have a column of numbers

12
34
45
11
23
56
0
56
0
45
0

I am trying to conditionally format the smallest number but do not include the zero.
so in this range of numbers my desired format should be applied to 11.

I have tried =a1=min($a$1:$a$12) - but this takes the zero into account.
