Conditional analysis on multiple columns

I have a large dataset and need to count the number of rows which meet criteria across several columns. Example below:

Category Location Grade FTE
340 DAVERS COURT GRADE 2 0.5
340 DAVERS COURT GRADE 2 1
340 DAVERS COURT GRADE 3 0.5
340 DAVERS COURT GRADE 3 1
340 GLASTONBURY GRADE 2 0.5
340 GLASTONBURY GRADE 2 0.5
340 GLASTONBURY GRADE 3 0.5
340 GLASTONBURY GRADE 3 0.5

I then need to sum the final (FTE) column in each case.

So, the result I'm looking for with the above example would be:

Category Location Grade Count FTE
340 DAVERS COURT GRADE 2 2 1.5
340 DAVERS COURT GRADE 3 2 1.5
340 GLASTONBURY GRADE 2 2 1
340 GLASTONBURY GRADE 3 2 1

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
