Dear MrExcel,

I have to provide weekly sales performance report, is there a way to coloring the bar chart into Red for the lowest value/amount.
For example :
Dea 100
Alex 70
Erica 150

So the bar chart of Alex will be turned into Red color. Currently we have of 27 sales marketing.

The second question is how to coloring the bar into Red automatically if the values are less then 50?

Thanks in advance.

Excel Facts

What is =ROMAN(40) in Excel?
The Roman numeral for 40 is XL. Bill "MrExcel" Jelen's 40th book was called MrExcel XL.
have a search for peltier charts. If the charts are all going to be the same then some custom VB that translates your rules to the chart could work once they are worked out

SORT INTO SCORE ORDER
or use large function
DEA100ALEX70
ALEX70DEA100
ERICA150ERICA150
NOW SPLIT INTO 3 COLUMNS
ALEX70
DEA100
ERICA150
(the names populated automatically if you like
but not necessary)
NOW YOU HAVE YOUR BARCHART
WITH THE BARS COLOURED HOWEVER YOU WANT THEM
I cannot help with the second part

<colgroup><col width="64" span="12" style="width:48pt"> </colgroup><tbody>
</tbody>
