Welcome to the board!

I think this is what you are asking for, but I wasn't quite sure. This applies conditional formating to a cell (colors the cell gold if cell = 1) and copies and pastes the formats to a range. The first example uses the "cell value is" and the 2nd example uses "formula is".

Sub Macro1()
Range("A1").Select
Selection.FormatConditions.Delete
Selection.FormatConditions.Add Type:=xlCellValue, Operator:=xlEqual, _
Formula1:="1"
Selection.FormatConditions(1).Interior.ColorIndex = 6
Selection.Copy
Range("A1:G22").Select
Selection.PasteSpecial Paste:=xlFormats, Operation:=xlNone, SkipBlanks:= _
False, Transpose:=False
Application.CutCopyMode = False
Range("A1").Select
End Sub
Sub Macro2()
Range("A1").Select
Selection.FormatConditions.Delete
Selection.FormatConditions.Add Type:=xlExpression, Formula1:="=A1=1"
Selection.FormatConditions(1).Interior.ColorIndex = 6
Selection.Copy
Range("A1:G22").Select
Selection.PasteSpecial Paste:=xlFormats, Operation:=xlNone, SkipBlanks:= _
False, Transpose:=False
Application.CutCopyMode = False
Range("A1").Select
End Sub
