Hello,

I would like to change a row a certain colour if a value is selected from a dropdown list.

I can get the cell to change colour, but I'd like the whole row the drop down list is on to change the same colour

Is this a formula job? I can't seem to get any good results on the list of options

Many thanks

Lock one reference in a formula
Need 1 part of a formula to always point to the same range? use $ signs: $V$2:$Z$99 will always point to V2:Z99, even after copying
Select the ENTIRE RANGE to be formatted ( columns and rows) and apply your CF to that range
For example to color all rows where the word "test" is in the first column ( A, say) apply the following to A1:B100, say, =$a1="test" as condition
