Conditional Format: Add Border if Cell Not Blank

I've searched for a similar thread, but could not find it.

I have a simple index that I would like to "pretty up".
Users need only to populate one cell and the rest will be auto-generated. If A2 is not blank, I want cells A2 : D2 to have a border. I have tried the following condition, but it seems to ignore cells in which I have formulas.

=ISTEXT(a2)

I've tried a number of others, unsuccessfully. Seems like it should be simple enough...

Suggestions?

Many thanks!

Best way to learn Power Query?
Read M is for (Data) Monkey book by Ken Puls and Miguel Escobar. It is the complete guide to Power Query.
Thank-you Peter,

That worked better than mine, but still not 100%. Even though the conditional format is based on cell A2 (or 'says' it is), cell D2 does not get a border unless D2 is populated.
I want cells A2, B2, C2 and D2 to get a border regardless of which cell in row 2 is populated.
Thanks again!
