Columns M and N

Column M has several conditional formats . . . they all return a Red font/fill based on one of several conditions. This works fine.
Column N looks up unrelated data than column M, but the values are not valid if the M is Red.

How do i Condtionally Format column N to just mirror the conditional format in M?

Excel Facts

Square and cube roots
The =SQRT(25) is a square root. For a cube root, use =125^(1/3). For a fourth root, use =625^(1/4).
PS - I can do it with Formulas, but I like the Default Light Red fill with Red Font and can't find the light red in there anywhere
