Hello, This is my first post, and would appreciate help on a problem with conditional formatting.
I would like to turn the background gray, of cell A1, conditional to Cell B1 and C1. If both B1 and C1 contain data, A1s background turns gray. If either is blank no format takes place.
So far I used IF(AND(ISNUMBER(B1),ISNUMBER(C1)) but no formatting occurs, I also tried IF(AND(ISblank(B1),ISblank(C1)), but that also doesn’t work.<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />
Thanks.

Need 1 part of a formula to always point to the same range? use $ signs: $V$2:$Z$99 will always point to V2:Z99, even after copying
