Conditional format based on value in another cell being between two numbers

This is probably simpler than I am making it because I have several tables set up to highlight certain cells based on what number the day is and if it matches the assigned day so I am sure you guys will be able to answer this quicker than I can erase the formula that doesn't work.
B15 needs to be highlighted if H5 value is between 135 and 149.
Thank you guys for all your help on the boards. I don't post often because I can usually find the answer or figure out my mistake from other answers and don't need to post when I am stuck. I am very grateful that this resource is available when I have questions.

What does custom number format of ;;; mean?
Three semi-colons will hide the value in the cell. Although most people use white font instead.

New Rule >> Use a formula to determine which cells to format
Edit the Rule Description: Format values where this formula is true:
=AND(H5>=135, H5<=149)

Format [Number, Font, Border, Fill]
choose the format you would like to apply when the condition is true
OK >> OK

It took me a minute to get my file uploaded at home but I finally was able to use your formula and it was exactly what I needed. Thank you for your help.
