I would like to highlight the cell if the word "DONATION" is found in the cell.

I have various cells : (example)

<TABLE style="WIDTH: 293pt; BORDER-COLLAPSE: collapse" cellSpacing=0 cellPadding=0 width=390 border=0 x:str><COLGROUP><COL style="WIDTH: 293pt; mso-width-source: userset; mso-width-alt: 14262" width=390><TBODY><TR style="HEIGHT: 25.5pt" height=34><TD class=xl24 style="BORDER-RIGHT: #ece9d8; BORDER-TOP: #ece9d8; BORDER-LEFT: #ece9d8; WIDTH: 293pt; BORDER-BOTTOM: #ece9d8; HEIGHT: 25.5pt; BACKGROUND-COLOR: transparent" width=390 height=34>1 Registration(Player) $400.00, 2 Dinner Reception $150.00, 1 Donation $700.00</TD></TR><TR style="HEIGHT: 25.5pt" height=34><TD class=xl24 style="BORDER-RIGHT: #ece9d8; BORDER-TOP: #ece9d8; BORDER-LEFT: #ece9d8; WIDTH: 293pt; BORDER-BOTTOM: #ece9d8; HEIGHT: 25.5pt; BACKGROUND-COLOR: transparent" width=390 height=34>1 Registration(Player) $400.00, 1 Dinner Reception $150.00, 1 Donation $150.00</TD></TR><TR style="HEIGHT: 25.5pt" height=34><TD class=xl24 style="BORDER-RIGHT: #ece9d8; BORDER-TOP: #ece9d8; BORDER-LEFT: #ece9d8; WIDTH: 293pt; BORDER-BOTTOM: #ece9d8; HEIGHT: 25.5pt; BACKGROUND-COLOR: transparent" width=390 height=34>1 Registration(Player) $400.00, 1 Donation $100.00</TD></TR><TR style="HEIGHT: 12.75pt" height=17><TD class=xl24 style="BORDER-RIGHT: #ece9d8; BORDER-TOP: #ece9d8; BORDER-LEFT: #ece9d8; WIDTH: 293pt; BORDER-BOTTOM: #ece9d8; HEIGHT: 12.75pt; BACKGROUND-COLOR: transparent" width=390 height=17>1 Donation $500.00</TD></TR></TBODY></TABLE>

What formula would I put in the conditional format box?
