Hello Wizards,

I have a speadsheet that pulls data and averages it from a data source. I have a formula that averages a percentage that I'm looking for. In some cases there is NO percentage data to be averaged. In that case my formula returns a basic 70%. =IFERROR(AVERAGEIF(WD[Part #], [@[Part #]],WD[Percent]),70%)

However, I want to differentiate this 70% (with red text maybe) from other lines where I actually average out to 70% based on the data. Basically at glace I can see this 70% is either fact based, or due to our 70 general estimation.

Can this be done?

You can use a CF formula: =ISERROR(AVERAGEIF(WD[Part #], [@[Part #]],WD[Percent]) )
