Conditional Format Help

I have dates in column A and B.

In the B col I need the cell to highlight yellow if date in B is older than date in A

Again in the B col I need the cell to highlight green if the date is newer than date in A.

Edited: I forgot to mention that if B is blank I need no highlight.

I'm sure this is simple....but brain is fried for the day.

How about in conditional formatting >> =AND(B1<>"",B1 < A1)
