Hello,
I hope I can explain this correctly. I have a Pivot table that lists all the items on order for several customers. The Items on order need to be in Shelf Quantities. (Example RED BALL Shelf Qty is 10. Orders that are not 10,20,30,etc. should highlight in RED) The shelf quantities for each item are listed in a table in a separate sheet. I want to highlight in red all the items that are not in correct shelf quantities. I have everything except the highlight part.
Thanks in advance to anybody who can help,
Scott

Did you know Excel offers Filter by Selection?
Add the AutoFilter icon to the Quick Access Toolbar. Select a cell containing Apple, click AutoFilter, and you will get all rows with Apple

Thank you for the help, but this is not exactly correct. Green is only not highlighted red because it equals the shelf qty. An order can have multiple shelves of the shelf qty. Your technique would flag any order that does not have exactly one shelf on it. I think the "NOT" function may be the trick that I'm looking for. I'll keep trying. Thanks again, Scott

I don’t think I understand your request. Can you post sample data showing the expected results?
