From the example below I would like Cell C2 to highlight

when data in A2 is greater than 0 and the word DISC is in C2

Select the "Formula Is" option in conditional formatting, and enter the formula:

=AND(A2>0,B2="DISC")

(I am assuming you meant to say "DISC" in B2, not C2).

I think it's 30, although I could be wrong. In CF you could simply use,

=(A2 > 0)*(B2="Disc")
