Conditional Format Top 3 in Each Row

In Excel 2007, is there a way to format the top 3 values in each row of a pivottable?

Select the first row of data and go to conditional formatting, new rule, format only top or bottmom ranked values, change the number 10 to 3, choose the formatting you want, click Ok, click Ok, use fromat painter on the data and paste the formats to the remaing data. Hope that helps.
