Hi, I needed help with conditional format. How can I use conditional format for. Thanks in advance for the help.
If Cell B1 = A1 over the range of B1:B23, B1 will turn green, if not, it will turn red.​

Oh. I just need each cell to turn color only, not the whole column. A1 = B1 or A2 = B2 but the rule is for the range. Ok. I got it now.

You could also use
Excel Formula:
=AND(B1<>"",B1=A1)
that way you won't highlight cells if col B is blank
