Would like to format a given cell based on the "text" in another cell.
The "Use formula to determine which cells to format" does not seem to allow the use of "Text" in the "Edit the Rule Descripton"
A2=3 works:)
A2="EL" does not work:mad:
Is this a limitation of Excel 2010 - or is there a way to do this?:rolleyes:

Excel Facts

Quick Sum
