I have a data set that I am trying to apply conditional formating to. The data contains 17 columns of returns and hundreds of rows. For each row I would like to highlight the top 3 cells and the bottom 3 cells, in different colors for the top and bottom. I have been sucessful at copying this one at a time to the different rows, however, when I try to copy it to my entire worksheet, the formula changes to search for only the top 3 in the whole worksheet and the bottom three in the worksheet, rather than in each row. Can anyone tell me an easy way to copy this to all of the rows, without having to do it row by row and still have the correct formating applied?
Thank you!

Workdays for a market open Mon, Wed, Friday?
Yes! Use "0101011" for the weekend argument in NETWORKDAYS.INTL or WORKDAY.INTL. The 7 digits start on Monday. 1 means it is a weekend.
Show your condition formula ... it should be easy to alter it to your needs.
