I have 2 lists with names and i want the cell to turn to green if the names in the list overlaps. this didnt work because it is names and not values

I also tried using an if formula but it does not work it just keeps on giving me no when there are some that are yes
Formula=
=IF(B3=$A$133:$A$151,"yes","no") and i do the CLT SHIFT ENTER it just says yes to the first one it finds in the list. What am i doing wrong

I dont mind adding a column that then gives me yes or no the i can conditional format those to go green if i see yes.

Thankyou for your time and help
