Conditional Formating in Excel 2007 on a given range

Dear Sir,
I am having problem while applying conditional formula for the following data. I want to Highlight a Cell in each ROW which is having Highest Value.
I have selected a range from A2 to G6 and applied a conditional formula but only One Cell is getting highlighted.

If any other formula is there, Kindly help.

For the layout in my sheet below, try this.
First ensure you have removed any Conditional Formatting that is not working then ..

1. Select B2:G5 (B2 should be the active cell)
2. Home ribbon tab|Conditional Formatting|New Rule...|Use a formula to determine which cells to format|Format values where this formula is true: =B2=MAX($B2:$G2)|Format ...|choose formatting|OK|OK
