I am trying to analyze a long list of contacts and identify which companies have multiple record owners. I'd like to find a command which will highlight all of records which have multiple record owners.

Below I have manually shaded the cells that have multiple record owners (1151 and 2) (column B). Is there a formula or command to do this to a long list?

(Sorry for explaining this poorly...it's been a long day!)

Column A Column B
BOX CO 1151
BOX CO 2

ABC 45

VLOOKUP to Left?
Use =VLOOKUP(A2,CHOOSE({1,2},$Z$1:$Z$99,$Y$1:$Y$99),2,False) to lookup Y values to left of Z values.
Hello and Welcome,

You could use a Conditional Formatting formula that evaluates to TRUE
when the Count of the Company Name is greater than the Count of the Company Name & Owner.
