Firstly hi, I have searched Google but cannot fathom how you do this and it's driving me nuts!

I have an excel sheet, with two columns of dates. What I would like to do (and have done) is set formats so the dates is the right column become red if they are greater than the dates in the left column (basically showing if a job has been completed on time). Now I would like to copy this formula down the entire column. The problem I have is that the rest of the cells refer to the top cell on the sheet for their date, rather than to the cell on their left (if that makes sense).

Can anyone advise how you do this? Have tried Copy, Paste Special, Formats, but still all the cells refer to one cell for their condition rather than the cell to their left respectively.

Fankooo!

Return population for a City
If you have a list of cities in A2:A100, use Data, Geography. Then =A2.Population and copy down.
