Conditional Formatting based on info in two columns

I have two columns, one is Y/N, the other is a date. I need to format the Y/N column if it has an N and the date column is less than 30 days away. Any ideas?

Formula for Yesterday
Name Manager, New Name. Yesterday =TODAY()-1. OK. Then, use =YESTERDAY in any cell. Tomorrow could be =TODAY()+1.
