Conditional Formatting Based on Multiple Other Cells

I apologise if this is somewhere else, but I couldn't find it.

Basically, if the cell in column B has something in it and the cell in column F doesn't, then I want to be able to conditionally format the cell in column H to red. However, if both B and F have nothing in it or they both have something in them, I want the formatting to disappear and H to be clear. I only want the formatting to take place when B has text and F doesn't (there would never be a situation where F has text and B doesn't, but if it's quicker for it to be either way that's fine).
