Hi All,

I was wondering if anybody could help me with my conditional formatting query. I will try and elaborate as best I can.

I have a list of names in column A from range A3:A16
I have columns C-H with some cells containing the words "Not done"
I would like the names in column A to format if two or more columns from C-H contain the text "Not done"

I'm not sure how or what formula to use so appreciate any help that can be provided.

Many thanks

How can you turn a range sideways?
Copy the range. Select a blank cell. Right-click, Paste Special, then choose Transpose.
This should work, applied to A3:A16.

Code:
=COUNTIF(C3:H3,"Not done")>=2
Hope this helps,

Chris.

Try (untested)

Select A1

Conditional Formatting
New Rule
Use a formula to determine...

=(COUNTIF(C1:H1,"Not done")>1)
format as required

Use Format painter to copy to other cells
