Can anyone assist me with the correct formula to use in Conditional Formatting?
Column B starting at B2 is either blank or has reference numbers which have both text and numbers just text (Eg ABC12345-09-10) and (Not in use).
Column U starting at U2 is also either blank or also has text and numbers.
What I am trying to establish is where there is an exact MATCH between the cell in Column B with that in Column U on the same row I want to use conditional formatting to highlight this but only if it’s on the same row.
If either or both cells in Columns B or U are blank, I want the blank cells to remain blank.
Any help greatly appreciated
