Hi,

Can you help me with conditional formattting. I want to color cells. I have 2 sheets ("Sheet1" and "Rezervacia"). In Sheet1 I have table like this (red rectangles are rows and columns where I (find) choose values):

this is sheet "Rezervacia" where I enter values for "dlzka" and "box". I enter following values:

and finaly this is result I expect:

Excel Facts

Control Word Wrap
Press Alt+Enter to move to a new row in a cell. Lets you control where the words wrap.
Format the list on sheet Recervacia as table, e.g. "Table1".
Define names:
dlzka_rec =Table1[dlzka]
box_rec = Table1[box]

Now select your data range for conditional formatting (e.g. B3:R100), go to conditional formatting - new rule - based on formula - formula
Code:
=COUNTIFS(dlzka_rec,B$2,box_rec,$A3)
and format with fill color red.
