Hi,
I want to highlight entries in column N based upon the following criteria (taking row 2 as an example):
L2=""
AND
M2>1
So I add the following formula into conditional formatting dialog
=AND(M2>1,L2="")
and apply it to cell N2; it works.
However, when I'm trying to extend the effective range to the whole column N, it doesn't work as it should, regardless of me using relative or absolute references in the formula. I need N3 looking into criteria in cells L3/M3... N4 looking into criteria in cells L4/M4... and so on.
Appreciate your thoughts, I am missing something obvious...

Excel Facts

Last used cell?
Press Ctrl+End to move to what Excel thinks is the last used cell.
If you select N2 down to the last row you need to apply the CF to then go into CF & add the rule it should work.
